A 1916 Craftsman historic home kitchen remodel that offered up a few challenges in the process. Their goal was to keep the integrity of the home, all while giving functionality and light to the space. In the design process, the doors became a main focus for the entire room. The Harrison’s wanted to blur the distinction between indoors and outdoors, a nod to the family’s Japanese heritage. LaCantina Doors all wood series were used to accomplish this.
"To be honest, these doors were such an important aspect of the design, we didn’t want to compromise on quality. We wanted to get the very best doors possible, even if that meant paying a higher price. And in every category, LaCantina Doors was the best."
